My name is Jeff Miller and I design things.
I’m the owner and conceptual artist behind HellothisisJeff Design. I’m also a Christ follower, devoted husband, creative craftsman, image architect, organizational pro, and visual storyteller. Over the past decade, I’ve worked for two top-notch Indianapolis design agencies, one world-renowned museum, and at one of the fastest-growing churches in the nation. My past work has helped inform, excite, and engage audiences while providing clients with a cohesive and branded voice.
I love creating images that awe and inspire. I always look for ways to add value to a project and have found that a holistic approach is usually the most effective. I’ll be part of the creative process from beginning to end, using my experience in everything from initial brainstorming to coordinating final printing to ensure the project is a win.
Most importantly, I value the relationship I have with every client. For me, success is when you come away at the end of the project even more excited about what we’ve created than you were at the beginning. Along the way, I’ll do my best to deliver an enjoyable and hassle-free experience as we partner together to accomplish your goals.
So how do we get started?
Glad you asked. Hopefully, by now you’ve seen my work and are getting excited at the prospect of what we can create together. To better explain the process, here’s a few questions and answers to get us started.
What kind of work do you do?
Here’s a quick list that is by no means exhaustive. Chances are, if you can dream it up, I can help you design and produce it, so if you don’t see your project listed here, contact me for more information. It never hurts to ask.

So I have this project…
Great! Let’s start talking. In order to start off on the right foot, I’ll take you through a series of key questions that help identify the nature of your project, the overall vision/purpose of the organization you represent, the type of audience you’re trying to reach, and other useful information that will help us fully grasp the amount and type of work to be done. Once we’re clear on the scope of the project, we’ll head into the next phase of the process… finding that magic number.
What will it cost?
Every project is unique when it comes to agreeing on a price. If you’re representing a church or other non-profit organization, you’ll receive a 25% discount off my services right out of the gate. I’ll also make sure the scope of the project is well-defined and understood by both parties before setting a price. Once I’ve gathered the information, I’ll draw up a proposal that includes a description of services, an estimated timeline, cost, and a terms of service agreement. The entire process is online, so you won’t have to mess with printing off or faxing over any forms.
So then what?
Once the proposal has been accepted, an initial deposit is required for work to begin (payments can also be made online). Then, away we go. We’ll follow the proposed timeline, I’ll keep you informed along the way, and I’ll deliver the final product in keeping with our agreement. Most importantly, you’ll be able to use what I create to successfully impact your audience, establish your brand, or launch a new campaign. You’ll be well on your way to achieving your goal.
