HELLO THIS IS JEFF will deliver a quality finished product by bringing our strategic approach to clarifying your core brand messaging, conceptualizing your new brandmark and brand identity, organizing your website content, and employing the right mix of imagery, design, and typography to bring it all to life at every touchpoint.

Brand Story

  • Research & Brand Story Development – Our proprietary process begins with listening and asking the right questions to, first, understand and, then, refine your organization’s unique brand story. We then deploy this narrative into every piece we create so nothing is left to chance. Your new brand will have a relevant voice that speaks directly to your audience through every interaction, resulting in higher engagement and brand loyalty.

Brand Identity

  • New Brandmark/Logo Based on Your Brand Story – We will typically arrive at the final mark through 4 design rounds, presenting multiple options, taking your feedback into consideration, and narrowing our selections down until we arrive at the right design for your organization. Upon final signoff, we will deliver a usable and professionally-prepared file package with detailed instructions on how to begin putting your new brandmark to use.

  • Brand Identity Aesthetic Exploration – This typically includes establishing brand font families, color palettes, patterns, graphics, and image styles – all of which will be designed to work together to harmonize with your brandmark and convey the essence of your Brand Story.

  • Brand Style Guide – The project will culminate with the creation of a comprehensive brand style guide that will provide helpful guidance on how to use your new brand assets effectively.

  • Website Content Strategy – Comprehensive sitemap development & wireframes of key pages

  • Basic SEO Research and Setup – Using industry best practices to help your site rank higher for organic search traffic

  • Self-hosted Website Account & Site Setup (on Webflow or Squarespace; feature comparison chart available upon request)

  • Custom Design & Brand Implementation – Forego the “templated look”… we’ll help your site stand out from the crowd and allow your brand to shine.

  • FontAwesome Icon Integration (or other open-source icon set; custom icon design available for additional fee)

  • Responsive Customization & Cross-Browser Testing – Your site will function and look great across all screen sizes, devices, and browsers.

  • Site Launch Checklist – (SEO implementation, custom domain connection, Google Search Console setup, Google Analytics integration, favicon & social share image design, URL mapping, and final code backup)

  • 2-Hour Client Training – We’ll walk you through exactly how to use and maintain your own site, giving you full control after handoff.
